Please contact us at support@synapse.media if you have any technical or product related queries. We are available 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with a skeleton support service running outside of these hours for emergencies. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours or sooner.

If you are waiting for your log in to be approved, please bear with us. We manually check and verify all of our users using a multitude of different channels and methods to ensure only genuine users are able to log into Synapse. Again, we aim to turn these verifications around within 24 hours. Please check your junk mail and if you have not had an email from us within that time period please contact support@synapse.media.

Please note that for our launch we are limiting numbers whilst we scale the platform. Therefore, there may be a delay to you whilst you wait for your access to Synapse. We will be releasing new journalist and PR users onto the platform in batches, based on a first come, first served basis.
